About Copperpot Bar

Copperpot Bar began in 2014 when I decided that I wanted a change from the daily-grind of bar management. Leaving hospitality was never an option as I love delivering great service and making people genuinely happy through what I do so working for myself seemed the best option.
My working background is diverse, I have worked for businesses both large and small, and have worked my way up from clearing glasses to managing huge events hosting thousands of people. In this time I have held almost every conceivable position behind a bar, which gives me a unique insight as to what goes into making a successful bar run and how to deliver excellent service along with an excellent product.


During my time in the industry, I have worked in restaurants specialising in various cuisines from pan-asian to upmarket fried chicken, world-class cocktail bars including Milk and Honey, The Player and Trailer Happiness to name a few. My events experience comes from working, managing and setting up events on all scales, these include Street Feast Dalston Yard and Model Market in Lewisham as well as bars at Latitude festival and the Moniker art fair. My current favourite, and ongoing project is the drinks concept for my favourite restaurant Chick’n’Sours which has sites in Haggerston and Soho. I have learnt so much on my journey through this industry, and want to use all of my experience to make your event or business truly special.
